The maximum amount for a single order is 0.3 million yen (tax included). 

Pay the price to the carrier when the goods arrive.

The customer shall be responsible for the cash-on-delivery charge.

 

n  Time of Delivery of the Goods   

Normally, regular products in stock will be delivered two to five days from the date of the order.

n  Return, Exchange, and Cancellation

(1)  You are not allowed to withdraw, return, or replace your application. Provided, however, that in the event of an initial defect in the product, return or replacement of the product shall be permitted as long as Customer Support is contacted within seven days of the arrival of the product. If the product has been used, there are no tags or accessories, or if we judge that return or replacement is inappropriate, we may not accept the said request for return or replacement.

(2)  The shipping charge for return of any products purchased on the Site shall be borne by the customer. Provided, however, that in the event such return is for any reason attributable to us, we will return the said shipping charge to the customer.
